About the book
This book is intended for beginners who want to get to know the 32-bit ARM family microcontrollers with the Cortex-M3 core. It contains over 30 extensive exercises that allow you to explore the capabilities of STM32F1xx series produced by STMicroelectronics. The method of conducting the exercises allows both to learn programming independently and to use the book, for example as a basis for conducting courses and laboratory classes in schools or at universities.
In addition to the exercises, the book also includes descriptions of the peripheral sub-systems used, such as I / O ports, counter systems, A / C converters, communication interfaces, interrupt controllers and DMA. In addition, we also describe the use of several interesting extension modules (including keyboard, LCD displays, SD cards, position sensor, accelerometer, barometer, Bluetooth). This part of this item may be interesting also for people with a slightly higher degree of programming in microcontrollers.
