The problem of owners of NiMH and NiCd batteries has been the problem of uneven aging and loss of the capacity of individual cells. The resultant capacity of the set is determined by the characteristics of the weakest link. With more than one set, cells with similar capacity should be selected.
The system is a simple volume meter. It was predicted for the most popular elements of the size of AA and (optionally) AAA. Simple operation and reliability dedicate the meter to every user of cordless devices.

The device is particularly recommended for users of rechargeable batteries
