WFM Virtual frequency meter.

The frequency meter consists of a small interface with the AVR microcontroller and specialized software (VFM) for a PC. The role of the interface is to transform the signal from the measurement point and transfer the data to the computer through the serial port. Other operations, i.e. the appropriate calculation and display of results, is carried out by the VFM program, which is available in the Windows 95 ... 2000 version.
