The system detects changes in the video signal from the camera attached to it and triggers an alarm or any recording device. The detector is ideally suited for surveillance of places where their image remains unchanged for a long time (eg square at night, exhibition hall outside of exhibition hours, etc.).
The operation of the system is relatively simple - the change of the image is related to the change of its average brightness. It detects the window comparator and transmits it to the signaling circuits.
You can connect any executive element (eg a relay) to the video output of the video detector or direct input to control the rotation recorder.

The device is particularly recommended in optical (video) surveillance systems
