System of a multifunctional electronic thermometer. In addition to temperature and time measurement (clock), it has the ability to save measurement results to a non-volatile memory and then transfer them to a computer. This enables convenient monitoring of temperature changes, especially since the user sets the start of the measurement himself using the built-in clock. As a temperature sensor, the system uses a DS1820 Dallas element. Very good reading is ensured by the use of LED displays. The thermometer is controlled from a small, four-button keyboard. In the event of a power failure, the system has a battery backup. The program was written in Bascom - it facilitates its possible modification.
The device is especially recommended for enthusiasts of climate change, gardeners and people who want to know how the temperature changes during their absence or sleep
Selected thermometer parameters:
- temperature record - every 10 min
- presentation of results - seven-segment LED displays
- start of the recording cycle - programmable, controlled from the built-in clock (max 23 h 50 min)
- built-in clock showing time and date
- saving data to the EEPROM non-volatile memory
- connection with a computer - RS serial interface
- Buffer supply
- power supply - 12 V AC
