When building any new electronic device, there is a need for a universal power supply. The AVT2674 kit is perfect for this purpose . The most important of its features is the method of controlling the device, namely the voltage and the output current. Their settings take place on the digital path, under the supervision of a microprocessor. Thanks to this, unreliable potentiometers, known from traditional solutions, have been disposed of. The use of digital technology has made it possible to introduce additional functions for operating the PSU: memorizing settings, remote control from the terminal. Device communication with the user, displaying individual functions and reading the output voltage parameters is possible due to the use of an alphanumeric LCD indicator.
