During the construction of prototypes from AVTDuino, we often encounter the lack of several free pins in the ports. Change to a plate with more leads, eg: Mega2560 is economically unjustified. So there is the use of various types of expanders, including immortal, almost like the NE555, PCF8574.
PCF8574 is a universal, addressed, 8-bit I / O expander with I2C interface, perfectly suited to extend the capabilities of AVTDuino using the richly supported I2C Wire library. Arduino environment.
The module can be supplied with voltage in the range of 2.7 ... 5.5V.
The set includes a printed circuit board, a set of elements and documentation.
