Here is a manual containing basic information on measurement techniques, necessary for anyone who wants to consciously and even creatively use the new possibilities of measuring equipment. It presents the basics of error theory, including the concept of uncertainty, modern patterns and electrical etalonons, classic instruments and measuring systems.
Particular emphasis was placed on the most developed computer measuring systems currently being developed, described:
