Akyga AK-EC-05 - charger for Type1 ControlBox 16A 5m electric cars

Description

Single-phase electric car charger with Type1 plug. It enables charging from a domestic electric socket with a voltage ranging from 110 to 250 V with a charging current of up to 16 A, and the maximum charging power is 3.8 kW.

The charger is equipped with a 5-meter cable for convenient use. The built-in ControlBox with LED diodes indicates the operating status of the charger, including whether the charger is powered, whether the vehicle is connected, whether it is currently being charged and whether the device works without failure.

The device is equipped with a number of safeguards to ensure the stability of the charging process, including protection against over-current, over-voltage and thermal protection. Thanks to a dedicated controller, the device regulates the parameters so as to maintain the optimal temperature during the charging process.

The charger module has a high IP54 tightness class, which guarantees protection against access and flooding of internal parts, and the cable material meets the UL94V-0 flammability class standard. In addition, the device is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage (fall and pressure up to 2 tons).

On the back of the charger housing there is a hanging bracket, e.g. on a garage wall. In addition, a convenient transport bag has been included, which will help to keep order and ensure the safety of EV cables.
