Description

The USB-RS485 converter is an industrial-grade adapter that utilizes the original CH344L chip, ensuring fast, stable, and reliable communication with devices. It supports conversion from USB to 4-channel, isolated RS485, enabling easy connection of multiple industrial RS485 serial devices. With built-in power isolation, the converter provides stable isolated voltage without requiring additional power for the isolated terminal. The integrated digital isolation ensures signal isolation, high reliability, interference resistance, and low power consumption.

The converter is equipped with a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor), which effectively suppresses surges and peak voltages in the circuit, offering protection against lightning and ESD. Built-in self-resetting fuses and protective diodes ensure stable current and voltage outputs, providing overload and surge protection while enhancing shock resistance. The board includes a 120R resistor on the RS485 output, which can be enabled or disabled using a DIP switch.

The converter features 10 LEDs that indicate power status, device configuration, and transmit-receive status. A metal industrial-grade enclosure ensures durability and aesthetics, with options for wall or DIN rail mounting, making installation straightforward. The converter is compatible with Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Mac, Linux, and Android operating systems, making it a versatile tool in various industrial environments.
