MicroMod Update Tool is a tool designed to work with the MicroMod Asset Tracker board. Facilitates direct communication with the u-blox SARA-R510M8S module using the m-center software (communication and module update). It has a built-in USB-UART CH340C converter, which gives full access to all pins of the SARA-R5 UART interface through the USB type C connector. The MicroMod Update Tool is plugged into the M.2 connector for the main modules. It is a bridge between the USB connector and the u-blox chip. MicroMod is an interface ecosystem that connects the main module to the processor or the microcontroller to various peripherals through expansion boards. Using the M.2 standard, MicroMod allows easy replacement of main modules.
