Flexible TPU 95A filament (natural) with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a net weight of 500 g, manufactured by Prusa Research with a diameter tolerance of ±0.06 mm, intended for FDM 3D printers. Prusa Research
Prusament TPU 95A Natural 500g is designed for 3D printing of parts requiring high flexibility, wear resistance and durability in demanding operating conditions. The filament is manufactured by Prusa Research in a controlled production process that includes continuous diameter monitoring, material consistency control and mechanical property testing. Parameters of each produced spool can be verified online using the assigned QR code.

The ether-based TPU 95A features very low moisture absorption and high resistance to hydrolysis and microbial degradation. The material maintains flexibility and impact resistance even at temperatures down to -50°C, while also offering good thermal resistance (HDT 78.6°C at 1.80 MPa) and strong chemical resistance, particularly to oils and greases. In thin walls it provides high flexibility, while with increased perimeters and higher infill it allows printing durable, wear-resistant parts.
