NanoS3 is a development board with an ESP32-S3 module, offering exceptional processing power, advanced wireless connectivity, and a rich set of peripherals in an ultra-compact form factor. It occupies exactly the same space as the original TinyPICO Nano and is fully compatible with it in terms of dimensions and pin layout. On board the NanoS3 is a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor clocked up to 240 MHz, supported by a RISC-V coprocessor that enables ultra-low-power task execution. The module provides 8 MB of Flash memory and 8 MB of PSRAM, making it an excellent choice for applications requiring large memory resources, such as image processing, AI projects, IoT, or network communication.
The NanoS3 is equipped with built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5.0 with Mesh support, ensuring reliable wireless communication for modern solutions. Thanks to the 3.3 V regulator rated at 700 mA and the integrated LiPo battery charging system, the module can be powered from various sources while maintaining high operational stability. The board offers 27 GPIO pins, including lines for UART, I2C, SPI, SDIO communication and integrated 12-bit ADC converters. The native USB interface supporting CDC, OTG, and USB Serial JTAG makes programming and debugging extremely easy without the need for additional converters. The board also includes an RGB LED (1515 Neopixel), perfect for status indication or visual effects.

The NanoS3 has been optimized for low power consumption — in deep sleep mode, it draws a minimal amount of current, making it ideal for battery-powered systems. Thanks to its thoughtful design and compatibility with the TinyPICO ecosystem, the NanoS3 is an excellent platform for makers, engineers, and electronics enthusiasts seeking a powerful ESP32-S3 module in an ultra-small form factor.
