The IPS6404L-SQ device provides 64 Mbit Pseudo-SRAM memory with SPI/QPI (serial/quad parallel I/O) interface. The built-in refresh circuit automatically manages REFRESH cycles, eliminating the need for external refresh control. Supports burst modes: linear and wrap, controlled by the Burst mode toggle command. Linear mode allows page boundary crossing during tCEM(max), wrap supports 32-byte circular buffer. Interface configuration allows operation in 1-bit mode with separate I/O lines or in 4-bit mode with shared lines. SOP-8 (150 mil) package simplifies PCB integration.
