ESP-PSRAM64H is a 64-megabit pseudo-SRAM memory module (8Mx8 bits), designed using CMOS technology, characterized by high performance and reliability. The device supports two communication interfaces: SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) and QPI (Quad Peripheral Interface), enabling fast data transfer. The module operates at a voltage of 3.3 V and offers a maximum operating frequency of 133 MHz. In the case of operations exceeding memory page boundaries, the maximum frequency is 84 MHz.
The system supports standard and Quad SPI modes, with the possibility of configuring linear data transfer or operations using the "burst wrap" mode. It fully enables an unlimited number of writes and reads. The product is adapted to work in difficult environmental conditions (temperature range: from -40°C to +85°C).
