Description

8 MB PSRAM memory chip, designed for mounting on Teensy 4.1 boards, which allows to extend the memory of the microcontroller. The PSRAM should be soldered to the smaller pads (this allows correct memory detection when using one chip) on the bottom of the Teensy 4.1, under the SD card slot, between pins 31-32 and 33-34. If there is a need to expand the memory by another 8 MB, the second chip can be soldered in place with the longer pads. PSRAM can also be used in combination with Flash memory.
