Description

The Waveshare 23.8" touch monitor is designed for industrial applications, HMI systems, interactive kiosks, and control stations. The IPS panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 px (Full HD) provides clear image quality, wide 178° viewing angles, and 16.7 million colors.

The screen utilizes capacitive touch technology supporting up to 10 simultaneous touch points, enabling multi-touch gesture control. The touch panel is made of toughened glass with hardness up to 6H and is integrated with the display using Optical Bonding technology, reducing reflections, improving contrast, and increasing dust resistance.

The HDMI interface is used for video transmission, while touch communication is handled via USB Type-C. The monitor is compatible with platforms such as Raspberry Pi, PCs, and systems based on Linux and Windows, without requiring additional drivers in most configurations.

The enclosure made of aluminum alloy improves structural rigidity and heat dissipation. Built-in Hi-Fi stereo speakers provide audio output. The design supports VESA 100 × 100 mm mounting and allows installation in various configurations, including wall-mounted, desktop, or embedded setups.

The display supports both landscape and portrait orientation via software configuration. The operating temperature range from 0°C to 60°C enables use in industrial and commercial environments.
