CH9141K – Bidirectional BLE-UART Converter, ESSOP10

Description

CH9141K enables transparent, bidirectional data transmission between UART and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 4.2). It works in transmit, host and slave modes, supports AT configuration and BLE settings via UART. Compatibility with Windows, Linux, Android and iOS systems and the availability of a virtual serial port driver enable wireless debugging and serial transmission, eliminating cable length limitations. In slave mode, BLE parameters such as name or manufacturer can be configured from the application or AT commands. The maximum UART speed is 1 Mbps, and the BLE transmission range reaches 100 m. The device offers support for MODEM signals (RTS, DTR, DCD, RI, DSR, CTS), GPIO functions (synchronization and general purpose) and a 12-bit ADC converter. Sleep mode limits current consumption to 0.3 μA. The operating voltage of the system is 2.5 V or 3.3 V. The CH9141K is available in a compact ESSOP10 package (6×5 mm).
