Description

The Yihua 938BD + soldering station is a 2 in 1 device that combines a soldering iron and thermocouples. Thermocoupe facilitates the disassembly of through-hole and SMD components. Thanks to two heating points, the element can be removed in a very short time and without overheating can be removed from the plate. We save time as well as minimize the risk of damage to components that would have to be reused.

The soldering iron, thanks to a strong heater, quickly reaches the set temperature and quickly compensates for heat loss during operation. This allows you to lower the operating temperature compared to cheaper models.

In the 938BD + station, functions available in much more expensive models have been implemented to improve comfort and safety: temperature memory, sleep function and automatic shutdown.

The main functions of the Yihua 938BD + station

  • 3 preset temperatures: quick setting of the pre-programmed temperature by selecting the 1, 2 or 3 button. Separate for both devices.
  • Sleep function: if the flask is not used for a preset period of 1-99 minutes, it enters a sleep mode in which the temperature is lowered to 200 ° C and kept in this range until the station is re-used. This extends the life span of tips and heating elements. When setting time 0, the function is not active.
  • Automatic shutdown function: when the station goes into sleep mode, the station will stay in this state for 1-99 minutes. If it is not used during this time, it will turn off automatically. This saves electric energy and improves safety at the station, which the technician could already leave, forgetting to switch off the device before.
  • Temperature correction function: after replacing heating elements, arrowheads or changing the operating environment, the station should be re-scaled. Temperature correction allows a change in the range of +/- 50 °
  • 2 temperature scales to choose from: the ability to display temperatures in either Celsius or Fahrenheit
