Description
Yihua 878D is a compact 2in1 soldering station integrating a hot air module and a soldering iron in a single enclosure. The unit is designed for service and assembly work in electronics, especially for soldering and desoldering SMD components such as SOIC, QFP, PLCC, BGA and other surface-mounted devices.
The HotAir module is equipped with a brushless fan ensuring stable airflow up to 120 l/min and quiet operation. The 100-480°C temperature range enables precise soldering as well as heating, shrinking heat-shrink tubing, removing adhesives or desoldering components. The automatic cooling system activated after placing the hot air handle in its holder extends the lifespan of the heating element.
The soldering iron module has a power of 50 W and operates within a 200-480°C temperature range. It uses popular 900M-T tips, ensuring wide availability of replacement tips. ESD Safe technology protects sensitive electronic components against electrostatic discharge. Parameters are adjusted using control knobs, while the current temperature is displayed on the LED indicator.
