Module with Xilinx Kintex-7 XC7K325T-2CF system, FLASH memory with 32 MB capacity and very fast data transmission systems. Everything is on a small 4 x 5 cm plate. All modules in this series are mechanically and also largely electrically compatible. You can use TEBA0841-01 or TE0703-05 as the base plate for the module .
