74LVC2G125DC,125 is an energy-efficient, high-speed logic buffer with two channels and 3-state outputs, designed for isolating or amplifying digital signals in embedded systems, automation, and applications with mixed logic level interfaces.
Logic device from the LVC family featuring two independent non-inverting buffers/drivers with 3-state outputs, designed to operate over a wide supply voltage range from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. Each buffer includes a separate output enable (OE) control input, allowing the device to be used for data line multiplexing or signal isolation. CMOS technology ensures low quiescent current and high switching speed, with propagation delay ranging from 2.7 ns to 1.9 ns depending on supply voltage. Available in a compact VSSOP‑8 package for surface-mount applications.
