Board Metro Mini 328 V2 based on the ATmega328 microcontroller, which is equipped with 32 KB of flash memory and 2 KB of RAM memory. The board has 20 I/O ports, 6 of which support PWM outputs and 6 can operate in analog mode. The platform is equipped with the same microcontroller as the Arduino UNO, which makes it fully compatible with it. However, the shield extensions dedicated to the Uno Rev3 version cannot be connected to Metro Mini. The board is programmed via the USB type C connector, and for communication with the computer it uses the built-in USB-UART converter based on the CP2102N chip. The user has 4 LEDs at his disposal, which are responsible for power signaling and communication on the TX and RX lines. The last LED is connected to the PB5 pin and can be used for any purpose. The microcontroller has a built-in bootloader, so it does not require a programmer to be connected. Additional sensors can be easily connected via the STEMMA QT / Qwiic connector. The board is an excellent solution for beginner Arduino users.
