The stepper motor driver with the DRV8825 system allows the bipolar motor to be supplied with a current of up to 1.5A per phase (without a heat sink) or 2.2 A (with a heat sink). The system can be powered with the voltage in the range from 8.2 V to 45 V. It has adjustable motor current with a potentiometer and the ability to control as full step, half step, 1/4 step, 1/8 step, 1/16 step, 1/32 step. Ideally suited for use, among others in 3D printers, robots, cameras.
