Description
LIDAR-Lite v3HP is another version of a compact laser rangefinder from Garmin. It is an ideal rangefinder for applications where low weight and small component dimensions are a high priority. Thanks to this, the sensor is ideally suited for drone or other unmanned applications.
Rangefinder LIDAR-Lite v3HP is an improved version of the LIDAR-Lite v3 rangefinder. It has an increased frequency of readings up to 1 kHz (from 500 Hz) and a reduced current consumption up to 80 mA (from 130 mA). Lidar is supplied with voltage from the 4.75 ... 5 V DC range. The wavelength of the laser beam is 905 nm. The measuring range of the rangefinder ranges from 5 cm to 40 m. The optical beam aperture is 12.5 mm.
Presented lidar is fully customizable, allows you to adjust settings between accuracy, range and time of measurement. Transmission of measurement data may take place via the I2C or PWM interface.
Attention!
LIDAR-Lite v3HP is not a replacement for LIDAR-Lite v3. The sample code for LIDAR-Lite v3 does not work correctly with LIDAR-Lite v3HP.
