Description
The module with an integrated proximity and ambient light sensor and an IR emitter in the VCNL4040 system. It allows the detection of obstacles in the range of 0 to 20 cm (no dead zone). It communicates via the I2C bus (STEMMA QT connector). The sensor is often found in automatic towel and soap dispensers or automatic faucets. Full documentation is available on the product page.
