Motor driver module for Raspberry Pi that allows simultaneous control of servos, DC and stepper motors using I2C interface, with additional UART support for external communication. With a built-in DC-DC regulator, it can power Raspberry Pi with up to 3A current, while its stackable design and spare DIP headers for camera and display increase design flexibility. The module is ideal for robotic projects, offering independent power supply for servos, adjustable PWM, and additional features such as buzzer and IR receiver. DFRobot DRI0054
The Motor Driver Module for Raspberry Pi is a multi-functional expansion board designed for robotics and automation projects. Compatible with Raspberry Pi Zero/Zero W/A+/B+/2B/3B/3B+/4B, it allows simultaneous control of multiple servos, DC motors, and stepper motors. It is operated through a simple I2C interface, and an additional UART interface is available for communication with external devices.

Thanks to the built-in DC-DC voltage stabilization circuit, the board can provide a stable power supply for the Raspberry Pi with up to 3A current. Additional reserved ribbon connectors for the camera and DIP display further expand the design possibilities. The board supports a stackable configuration, making it easy to expand the number of control interfaces without structural complexity. This solution is perfect for projects such as DIY robots, smart vehicles, robotic arms, or turntables. With the ability to independently power servos and adjustable PWM signals, users gain full control over actuator operations. Additional features like a built-in passive buzzer and infrared receiver make this driver a versatile tool in the world of education and prototyping.
