Description
3.97" e-Paper (E-Ink) display with 800 × 480 px resolution designed for applications requiring low power consumption and high readability in ambient light. Supports four colors: red, yellow, black and white, enabling more advanced content presentation compared to standard monochrome displays.
The HAT+ version includes an integrated driver board and standard 40-pin GPIO header, allowing direct connection to Raspberry Pi without additional modules. Communication is handled via SPI interface, ensuring compatibility with platforms such as Arduino, STM32, ESP32 and Jetson Nano.
E-Paper technology allows the displayed image to remain visible without power, with energy consumed only during refresh. The lack of backlight ensures excellent readability even in strong light conditions, while the wide viewing angle (>170°) provides good visibility from different perspectives. The module is suitable for IoT systems, electronic shelf labels, information displays and industrial applications.
