Description

Brushless electronic speed controller for RC propulsion systems uses a 32-bit STM32G071 microcontroller operating at up to 64 MHz together with AM32 firmware. It supports an input voltage from 7 V to 25.2 V, corresponding to 2-6S LiPo batteries, and provides 70 A continuous current and up to 110 A maximum current with adequate cooling. Motor PWM frequency can reach 128 kHz. An 8-layer PCB with 3 oz copper, high-power MOSFETs, and a metal heat sink support heat dissipation during high-current operation. The ESC supports unidirectional, bidirectional, and braking motor modes together with DShot, PWM, OneShot, and MultiShot protocols. Protection functions include undervoltage, overtemperature, locked rotor, and overcurrent protection.

                                                                                     

The adjustable BEC can power receivers, servos, and other onboard electronics with selectable outputs of 5 V / 4 A, 6 V / 4 A, 7.2 V / 4 A, 8.2 V / 4 A, or 12 V / 3 A. Configuration options include motor timing, throttle calibration, current sensing, motor direction, telemetry, and other programmable parameters. The controller also includes a configurable RGB LED. Applications include FPV drones, multirotors, fixed-wing aircraft, RC boats, climbing vehicles, and RC cars.
