The ESP32-S3 module is designed for performance and is equipped with a dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX7 processor clocked at up to 240 MHz. The built-in 512 KB SRAM and 384 KB ROM are supported by an additional 2 MB PSRAM and 16 MB external Flash memory. The USB Type-C port allows for easy updates and usage.
The board features a 1.28-inch display with a resolution of 240x240 pixels and can display content in a 65K RGB color range. A built-in 6-axis IMU QMI8658 sensor (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope) is used for gesture detection. The board supports charging 3.7V lithium batteries and has GPIO pins routed via 1.27mm pitch connectors. It integrates a full-speed USB port, and the GPIO connectors allow flexible pin configuration, making it easier to adapt the module to various projects.
