Description
ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-4B is a compact, multifunctional Smart Box development board based on the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 module with a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor (up to 240 MHz), supporting 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 LE. The device integrates 16 MB Flash memory and 8 MB PSRAM and is equipped with a 4-inch IPS touch screen with a resolution of 480×480 pixels, with 5-point capacitive touch supported via the I2C bus.
The kit includes an integrated power management system (AXP2101), ES8311 audio codec, ES7210 echo cancellation chip, QMI8658 accelerometer with gyroscope and TCA9554PWR GPIO expander. Thanks to these components, it is possible to create advanced user interfaces, control panels and audio applications with voice interaction.
The board is enclosed in a housing compatible with the 86×86 mm mounting format (wall switch standard), which facilitates its integration into home and industrial automation systems. Power and communication are provided through two USB Type-C connectors, one dedicated to the ESP32-S3, the other with a USB-UART converter. Connectors for an 8 Ω 2 W speaker and a 3.7 V Li-Ion battery with charging function are also available.
