USR-M100-HMETH is an industrial edge gateway with Ethernet interface, serial ports, and I/O inputs/outputs, enabling local processing and data transmission to the cloud. It is used in monitoring, automation, remote control, and integration of legacy systems in IoT architecture.
The USR-M100-HMETH edge gateway is designed for collecting, locally processing, and transmitting data from peripheral devices to supervisory systems in industrial Internet of Things applications. It enables the integration of digital signals, analog signals, and serial data with protocols such as MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, JSON, and HTTP. It supports a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, two serial ports (RS232/RS485), two digital inputs (DI), two relay outputs (DO), and two analog inputs (AI) 4–20 mA.
It supports edge processing functions, allowing local data analysis and transmission of only selected values, reducing network load and increasing system reliability. The device can operate in harsh industrial conditions, with short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and a wide power supply range. The compact design enables quick mounting on a DIN rail or wall.
