Description

NVIDIA Jetson AGX Thor Developer Kit is an advanced platform designed for humanoid robotics and physical artificial intelligence. It delivers incredible performance with a NVIDIA Blackwell GPU featuring 2560 cores and 96 fifth-generation tensor cores, along with 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory. The module provides up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI computing power and operates within a power range of 40 to 130 W, ensuring high energy efficiency. Jetson AGX Thor uses a 14-core ARM Neoverse-V3AE processor with 64 KB I-Cache, 64 KB D-Cache, 1 MB L2 per core, and 16 MB shared L3 cache, with a maximum frequency of 2.6 GHz. The platform features an integrated PVA v3 Vision Accelerator and advanced video and optical flow accelerators, enabling real-time processing. It supports a wide range of video formats, from 1080p to 8K, for both H.264 and H.265 encoding and decoding.

The module can connect up to 20 cameras via HSB, up to 6 MIPI CSI-2 cameras, and up to 32 cameras via virtual channels, supporting C-PHY 2.1 and D-PHY 2.1 standards with speeds up to 40 Gbps. Video outputs include 4x HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4a with MST. Jetson AGX Thor offers extensive I/O, including PCIe Gen5, 3x USB 3.2, 4x USB 2.0, 4x 25 GbE, as well as 5x I2S, 2x Audio Hub, 2x DMIS, 4x UART, 4x CAN, 3x SPI, 13x I2C, and 6x PWM outputs. The platform supports the full NVIDIA AI software stack, including NVIDIA Isaac, NVIDIA Metropolis, and NVIDIA Holoscan, allowing the creation of edge AI agents and integration with humanoid robots. The integrated heatpipe-equipped thermal plate ensures effective cooling under high loads, while 1 TB NVMe storage and built-in 802.11ax Wi-Fi enable fast data storage and communication.
