Pololu 5655 is a JST PH and SH 4-pin connector adapter designed for systems based on a 2.54 mm pitch. With the side-entry PH connector and compact design, it is suitable for applications requiring low-profile mounting and four-channel signal or power connections.
Description
The Pololu 5655 module allows connection of wires terminated with JST PH 4-pin (2.00 mm pitch, side-entry) and JST SH 4-pin (1.00 mm pitch, top-entry) connectors to prototyping boards and systems with 2.54 mm through-holes. Both connectors are placed in parallel, enabling the board to be used either as a PH-to-SH adapter or as a breakout with outputs in two standards.
The PH connector supports up to 2 A, while the SH connector supports up to 1 A. The side-entry PH connector allows routing wires parallel to the PCB, which is especially useful in devices with limited mounting space. The board is suitable for applications requiring four-channel power or signal connections, such as communication modules, sensors, or control interfaces.
