Description
SenseCAP S2120 is designed for precise, local monitoring of weather conditions in applications such as gardens, agriculture, meteorology, urban environmental monitoring, and industrial installations.
The device collects data from eight environmental sensors and transmits it wirelessly over LoRaWAN networks, enabling integration with widely used network servers and data platforms.
The sensor supports measurements of air temperature and humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed and direction, rainfall intensity, light intensity, and UV index. The construction is adapted for operation in harsh outdoor environments, including strong sunlight, rainfall, and dusty conditions. Power is supplied by a solar panel supported by AA batteries, allowing multi-year operation with minimal maintenance.
A built-in Bluetooth module enables fast configuration of operating parameters and the LoRaWAN frequency plan using a mobile application. Configuration is performed locally without the need for programming, simplifying field deployment. SenseCAP S2120 operates with global LoRaWAN networks, including private installations and operator-managed networks, allowing flexible adaptation to existing infrastructure.
