Description
High-voltage differential probe for measuring the difference in voltage between two test points not related to the earth potential. The device allows the observation of non-grounded, variable waveforms and single measurements. The probe has good measurement characteristics: a bandwidth of 100 MHz and an operating voltage of up to 1300 V. It has two attenuation coefficients: 50X and 500X adjustable by the user.
