The TitanSBC-8Mmini SLC5 is a modern single-board computer (SBC) built on the energy-efficient and high-performance 64-bit quad-core NXP i.MX8Mmini processor with Cortex-A53 cores, designed for industrial applications. It features a real-time Cortex-M4 core, Gigabit Ethernet interface, video codecs (H.265, H.264, VP8, VP9), PCIe 2.0 interface, and other industrial-grade communication peripherals.

The built-in GPU supports 1080p60 resolution over HDMI, using independent 2D (GC320) and 3D (Vivante GCNano Ultra) graphics engines. The processor runs at 1.6 GHz without thermal limitations, ensuring stable and quiet operation. The low-power LPDDR4 RAM further enhances energy efficiency.
The TitanSBC-8Mmini features a 1 Gbps Ethernet interface, RS-485 (half-duplex), an onboard RTC with support for an external battery, an audio codec (with headphone, microphone, and speaker outputs), HDMI ports, 4 x USB 2.0, USB-OTG, MIPI-CSI camera interface, PCIe 2.0 connector (with an optional M.2 adapter: SL-ADP-PCIe-M2), microSD card slot, and a 12V DC/DC power converter. An external passive heatsink can also be added for system cooling.
