The StarSOM SLS05H757 system-on-module based on the STM32H757 microcontroller with two ARM cores Cortex-M7 and Cortex-M4. The Cortex-M7 core operates at a frequency of up to 480 MHz, and the Cortex-M4 up to 240 MHz, which provides high computing performance and support for real-time applications. The base version of the module is equipped only with the memories built into the STM32H757 chip – 2 MB Flash and 1 MB RAM.
The module offers a rich set of communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN-FD, USB 2.0 OTG) and support for displays with MIPI-DSI interface. The built-in Chrom-ART graphics accelerator and hardware JPEG codec enable efficient image and graphics handling. Security functions include hardware support for AES, SHA, HMAC, DES/3DES, and a random number generator. The module is adapted to operate in the industrial temperature range –40…+85 °C, constituting an energy-efficient solution for embedded systems, IoT, and control devices.
