The StarSOM STM32H757 system-on-module in the version with extended memory and wireless communication. It is based on the STM32H757 microcontroller with ARM Cortex-M7 (up to 480 MHz) and Cortex-M4 (up to 240 MHz) cores. In addition to the memories built into the chip (2 MB Flash, 1 MB RAM), the module is equipped with 32 MB of external SDRAM and 16 MB of QSPI Flash, which enables the running of more complex applications.
This version includes the Murata 1DX module, which provides Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.1 LE connectivity. Support for the MIPI-DSI interface along with the Chrom-ART GPU and hardware JPEG codec allows the module to be used in graphical and HMI applications. The module offers a wide set of communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN-FD, and USB 2.0 OTG, as well as advanced hardware security mechanisms (AES, SHA, HMAC, DES/3DES, RNG).
Adapted for operation in the extended temperature range –30…+70 °C, the module is suitable for industrial applications, IoT, and devices requiring low power consumption and built-in wireless communication.
