Description

The StarSOM STM32H757 system-on-module in the version with extended memory and full wired and wireless connectivity. Built on the STM32H757 microcontroller with ARM Cortex-M7 (up to 480 MHz) and Cortex-M4 (up to 240 MHz) cores. In addition to on-chip memory (2 MB Flash, 1 MB RAM), it is equipped with 32 MB SDRAM and 16 MB QSPI Flash.

The SLS05H757_480C_32R_16QSPI_3WE_E version includes the Murata 1DX module with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.1 LE support, as well as an integrated Microchip 100 Mb Ethernet PHY. This enables both wireless and wired communication. It supports the MIPI-DSI interface for displays, while the built-in Chrom-ART graphics accelerator and hardware JPEG codec allow efficient handling of graphical applications.

Advanced security functions include AES, SHA, HMAC, DES/3DES encryption, and a random number generator. The module operates in the extended temperature range –30…+70 °C, making it suitable for IoT, automation, and embedded applications requiring reliable connectivity in various environmental conditions.
