Description
Three-terminal adjustable shunt voltage reference regulator, designed for precise voltage regulation in the range of 2.495 V to 36 V. Thanks to its high temperature stability and low dynamic impedance, the component is used in switching power supplies, voltage regulation circuits, DC/DC converters, and as a replacement for Zener diodes in applications requiring precise reference voltage. The “A” version features a reference voltage tolerance of ±1% at 25°C, ensuring high accuracy in industrial applications.
