HDMI display output expansion module designed for use with the M5Stack Unit PoE-P4 controller. The M5Stack AddOn Display Out For PoE-P4 (U221) uses the LT8912B chip to convert MIPI DSI signals to HDMI, allowing an external monitor to be connected through a standard HDMI Type-A connector. Supported resolutions include 1280 x 720 px at 60 Hz and 1920 x 1080 px at 30 Hz. The module connects to the main unit through a 24-pin FPC cable with 0.5 mm pitch.

Building information display terminals - enables data and messages to be presented on an external monitor connected to the Unit PoE-P4.
Developing industrial HMI panels - allows local interfaces to be created for visualizing operating parameters of equipment and installations.
Supporting touch interfaces - enables a touch panel controller to be connected and control signals to be transmitted to the main unit.
Expanding local user interfaces - enables the use of USB peripherals, such as a keyboard and mouse, and the storage of graphical resources and configuration files on a microSD card.
The module features a TP connector for connecting a touch controller, providing I2C communication, reset and interrupt signals.
The built-in microSD card slot communicates with the main unit via the SDIO bus, allowing images, graphical interface resources and configuration files to be stored.
The USB Type-A port is used to connect peripheral devices.
A 5 V DC power supply is provided through the Unit PoE-P4 expansion connector. Current consumption for the entire assembly is 74.55 mA in standby mode and 186.83 mA during operation, according to the manufacturer's measurement conditions. The module measures 20.3 x 62.9 x 15.5 mm and weighs 7.9 g.
