Compute Module 4 PoE Board is the base board for Raspberry Pi CM4 modules. The board is equipped with special connectors for connecting the module and pins of all CM4 module interfaces, e.g. USB, Ethernet, HDMI, DSI, CSI, 40-Pin GPIO connector compatible with HAT modules. The IO Board is additionally equipped with a real time clock (RTC) and a fan connector. It integrates a PoE circuit that allows the set to be powered via an Ethernet cable. Compared to the original Raspberry Pi CM4IO Board, apart from the PoE 802.3af function, the board has an increased number of USB ports (4 x USB 3.2) and an extended power range from 7 to 36 V. In addition, it supports both 5 V and 12 V fans , and the 40-pin connector has been color-coded, which makes prototyping devices much easier.
