It is a universal keyboard for microprocessor systems that is a system that solves the problem of too many CPU ports. At the module output a rectangular wave is generated, which carries information about the number of the key pressed. It is easy to decode by any processor. The great advantage of the system is its simplicity, low price and the fact that it does not draw electricity at rest. This makes it ideal for portable devices.
The AVT2673 module, after being completed with a frequency generator, can be used to build a remote control.
The device is particularly recommended to all designers of microprocessor systems
