In many laptops present on the market, their manufacturers have given up the equipment with the LPT connector. Meanwhile, some users feel its lack. With LPT, you can connect not only a printer, but also for example: programmers, data loggers, etc. For all these people the putty is presented.
The system complies with the USB 1.1 and 2.0 specifications. It uses a controller with a built-in 8051 processor, thanks to which it has a simple design and is easy to run. The converter emulates several basic LPT port modes. It is a valuable addition to modern notebooks, especially those used by electronics.
