The system allows exchanging data between the microprocessor and an external device connected via the RS232 port. The module is used to convert signal levels and is powered from the system in which it was mounted. The device uses the popular MAX232 integrated circuit. The plate has a shape corresponding to the DIP32 base and after fitting with appropriate pins it can be placed in it.
The device is recommended to constructors who build digital systems using wired connections with peripherals
