The device is dedicated to those electronics, who often personally prepare circuit boards with printed circuits. Its role is to heat and supervise the temperature of the etching solution as well as to power the motor to sway the container in which the etching takes place. The whole should be built in a suitable base, in which all electronic and mechanical elements will be found. The alphanumeric LCD display makes it easier to control the heating process.

The device is particularly recommended in the amateur electronics workshop

Selected parameters:

  • heating temperature approx. 45 ° C
  • high-power ceramic resistors were used as heaters
  • temperature sensor type DS18B20
  • starting the system causes the rocker motor to engage the container with the etching solution
  • 2x16 characters LCD display and two LED control diodes
  • executive element - relay
  • power supply - 230Vac
