The device fulfills the role of the talk time limiter (discriminator). The system is equipped with a programmer that allows any authorized user to allocate impulse limits for each card. Each user receives a card with saved impulses to be used. Without a card it is possible to receive all calls and dial emergency numbers starting with 99 digits.
Recommendations: a device necessary for all users of landline phones who have problems with limiting the number of outgoing calls and related costs. The system is not approved.
