The name 'voltmeter' or 'meter' is usually associated with a device equipped with a display on which it is displayed
measurements. In the described voltmeter, a rather unusual way of presenting the value of the voltage being measured was used. Instead of the display it has only a loudspeaker, so the result is announced in a voice.
Recommendations : on the talking measuring devices, until recently, they were dreaming of the disabled, but the comfort of using them will also convince many able-bodied electronics.
Programmed layout.
