Description
Arduino ADK R3 is a board with an ATmega2560 microcontroller and a USB host interface that allows communication with phones with the Android operating system.
The board is compatible with the Android Accessory Development Kit examples. The user has 54 digital I / O lines of which 14 can be used as PWM outputs, 16 analog inputs, 4 UART interfaces, 16 MHz quartz, USB connector, power connector, ICSP programming connector and RESET button.
Arduino ADK is built on the basis of Atmel's ATmega2560 microcontroller.
New features of the R3 version
- ATmega16U2 instead of 8U2 as a USB converter <-> Series
- Pin assignment in version 1.0: added SDA and SCL lines of the TWI interface next to the AREF pin and an additional two pins next to the RESET pin
